Our focus is to provide education to the community through workshops that address wholeness of Body, Mind and Spirit. Emphasis is on crime victims’ advocacy, physical fitness, nutrition, recreation, retreats, counseling, and support groups. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8 am – 5 pm
